NorthPower Fibre install Tamatareau

In the recent past, we encountered an exceptional chance to apply our cutting-edge technology for installing Fibre in the Tamaterau area.

In contrast to most Fibre networks, which are commonly installed alongside roadways, Tamaterau posed a distinct challenge due to its abundant hills and valleys. Thanks to our innovative H20T camera and throwing hook, we successfully flew a drawstring across the rugged terrain, resulting in significant cost reduction and improved safety measures.

Thermal Imagery mapping of solar arrays

Our client recently had their solar array installed and promptly contacted us to perform a thermal scan on the system to ensure the panels were functioning optimally. From the accompanying photos, it was evident that a few cells were reflecting light instead of absorbing it. Armed with this valuable data, our client was able to approach the manufacturer and successfully request replacement panels. Engaging in such practices is crucial to uphold the efficiency and effectiveness of a solar system.

Mapping Seedlings to prove carbon credits

A client approached us with a request to map a recently established pine forest for carbon credits. The total area of the plantation was 750 hectares. To carry out this task, we employed our P1 payload-equipped drone, which enabled us to effectively survey the entire area. The drone captured a total of 2250 photos, and remarkably, we accomplished the entire project in just one day. Using AI we were also able to provide a count on the seedlings as well.

Thermal house scan

We were asked to conduct a thermal scan of a house to assess the performance of the recently installed insulation. As evident from the photo, thermal leaks were identified in the roof's spine and a few windows that were single-glazed.
